Here’s some inspiration for Day 5 of this Blog Hop. This is a great rail fence variation and there are two versions here: one is for applique stars and one is for pieced stars. You will see that this quilt finishes at 58 x 70. Here’s what it takes:
30 each 6 1/2″ squares (6 inch finished)
33 each 6 1/2″ rail fence blocks (6 inch finished)
20 each 6 1/2″ applique or pieced star blocks (6 inch finished)
2″ border
binding
