Block 2 of Qube Workout Sampler Posted

The block posted today is based on a block called Rolling Stone. That block was not very exciting so I jazzed it up a bit with a pinwheel in the middle and added a little more motion using the Corners and the Angles Companion Qubes and came up with what I call Rock n Roll. My blog is about helping other quilters learn to use great tools in their quilting through what I can teach and through finding other bloggers who have good information. In addition, I am a mother and grandmother. Other hobbies include any other stitchery which makes me happy at the moment. I worked in clinical research for most of my career. I am now retired and enjoying every minute.

  1. Thank you so much for all of your hard work putting this together for us. I need the practice and am looking forward to improving my sewing skills and making beautiful things.

    1. HI Suzanne, I am glad you are enjoying this. I think every quilt block we make is a learning experience in some way. And a sampler is very challenging because each block is different. Can’t wait to see the quilt you make with these blocks.
